    9:30 - 11:30 AM An Introduction To The History of American Frames with William Adair
William Adair, one of the foremost authorities on frame history, will present and discuss the highlights of his private collection at Gold Leaf Studios. Learn the basics of American frame history from Colonial, Federal, and Empire to Victorian, Modernism, and more. Explore examples covering frame styles that will include Charles Wilson Peale, Stanford White, and Georgia O'Keefe. Many of his frames have been featured in various exhibits, articles, and in his book, Frame In America. This is a rare opportunity and class size is limited.

    4:00 – 6:00 PM Tour of Lunder Conservation Center with Martin Kotler
This is a unique tour with an opportunity to see conservators at work in five different laboratories and studios. Frames conservators who work in this studio preserve and restore frames for display.
